We are a unique hybrid campus offering: A traditional skilled nursing and rehab center Four Green House Cottages (12 elders per home) 57 private rooms in our main building, including a Ladies Memory Care Neighborhood Here, excellence isn't optional it's our standard. Your Role as an RN You are the clinical leader on your shift the calm presence, the critical thinker, and the advocate. You will: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments Lead clinical decision-making for changes in condition Provide medication administration and treatments as needed Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation Participate in QAPI and performance improvement initiatives Help maintain and elevate our CMS 5-Star standards In our traditional skilled setting, you'll manage complex medical needs and short-term rehab residents preparing to return home. In our Green House cottages, you'll practice relationship-based nursing in a small-home environment where elders live with dignity, privacy, and family-style connection.
