Executive Assistant Core Molding Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting senior executives with professionalism and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, meeting logistics, and shifting priorities Prepare executive and board-level presentations, reports, and correspondence Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Support Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, secure records) Serve as a central point of contact for executive communications Maintain organized and secure electronic filing systems Support cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives Coordinate executive meetings, off-sites, and corporate events Oversee corporate office operations, including space planning, office moves, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness Support facilities-related projects and general office functionality Partner with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities Qualifications 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience preparing professional, executive-level materials Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Ability to operate independently and anticipate executive needs Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Schedule & Environment Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required. Office-based role with periodic interaction on the manufacturing floor (PPE required when applicable).
