Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator Serve as a lead resource for Accounting Technicians, helping coordinate and prioritize accounting activities. Assist with the maintenance and preparation of financial records, reports, and transactions. Prepare and analyze financial, statistical, and audit support reports. Monitor and review budgets and expenditures for compliance with policies and regulations. Coordinate with district, county, state, and federal agencies regarding financial reporting and funded programs. Help implement and maintain accounting procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements. Track revenue and oversee accounts receivable billing and collections. Provide technical support, training, and backup for accounting staff and operations.
