We are seeking a Board Certified Pulmonary Critical Care physician for two specific coverage blocks in May. This role provides a hybrid of daytime in-house presence and overnight call, with the potential for ongoing monthly rotations. Assignment Timeline Block 1: May 1 (7:00 AM) May 4 (7:00 AM) Block 2: May 22 (7:00 AM) May 29 (7:00 AM) Start Date: May 1, 2026 Credentialing: Express 15-Day Window Daily Schedule & Call Structure Daytime (7:00 AM 7:00 PM): Required In-House coverage for ICU rounding and consults. Overnight (7:00 PM 7:00 AM): Beeper call with a strict 30-minute response time required. Future Potential: While not officially set, the facility anticipates needing one week of coverage per month moving forward. Clinical Setting Scope: Management of ICU patients, pulmonary consults, and emergency critical care interventions. EMR Systems: Dual-system environment ( Athena and Medhost ). Requirements Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Pulmonary Critical Care. Licensure: Active Texas (TX) State Medical License is mandatory.
