As an HR Intern you will support the HR team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development. From day one, you'll engage in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions that provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you'll walk away with valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path. Responsibilities • The Internship is a temporary position at which may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences. • Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies. • Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies. • Provide support to business partners. • Assist with departmental initiatives, including projects focused around compliance and process improvement in the HR function. • Provide administrative support, as needed. Qualifications Education: • A Bachelor's degree in progress preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience/Qualifications: • Proficient in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer service and people-focused mentality. • Ability to work on multiple high priority initiatives, simultaneously.
