A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a dynamic school setting located in Pearland, TX. This contract position supports students across multiple grade levels, providing essential speech and language services in a diverse educational environment. You will be joining a dedicated team focused on helping students achieve their communication goals and succeed academically. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in middle and high school settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and district guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in middle and high school environments. Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse needs, including those in self-contained classrooms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work with students across multiple campuses and grade levels. Location: Pearland, TX This assignment includes serving students from several schools: Middle School: approximately 50 students in grades 5-6. Beverly School: 25 self-contained students in grades 7-8. W9 School: 6 students in 9th grade. Thompson School: 4 students. The contract starts ASAP and runs through May 22, 2026.
