Lead Developer / Architect (Automation & IAM)

Job Description ITTConnect is seeking a Lead Developer/Architect to work on site for a client in the Columbus, OH area. This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Energy sector. Job location: Columbus, OH. We are seeking a lead developer to spearhead a suite of breakthrough digital transformation projects. You will be the technical authority responsible for bridging legacy systems with modern automation, specifically driving the re-platforming of our identity management systems and upgrading critical utility-scale work management platforms. Key Strategic Projects: MyAccess to Saviyent Re-platform: Lead the architectural transition from legacy MyAccess to Saviyent, ensuring a seamless migration of identity governance and administration (IGA). Maximo 9.0 & Storms Upgrade: Serve as the technical lead for the upgrade and integration of MAS 9.0 and the Storms Work Management System. Enterprise Automation: Design and deploy sophisticated automation workflows to connect these disparate systems using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (MSPP). Requirements Automation Mastery: Expert-level experience with UiPath (Orchestrator, REFramework) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Identity & Access Management (IAM): Proven track record with Saviyent or similar IGA platforms (SailPoint, Okta). Legacy Integration: Deep understanding of MAS (Maximo Asset Management) or Storms work management software is highly preferred. Architectural Leadership: Ability to design end-to-end solutions that involve complex API integrations, data mapping, and security protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Utilities or Energy sector (highly desirable given the Storms/MAS stack). Strong background in C#/.NET or Java to support custom RPA activities. Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical "breakthroughs" to executive stakeholders.
