Job Full Description Secondary Machine Operator Job Summary: A local manufacturer of screws and components is seeking a screw machine operator to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to learn and develop in a trade. Training and a development path will be provided.Secondary Machine Operator Responsibilities: Operate drills, mills, tapping machines, and presses to complete secondary operations on metal components. Perform quality checks using various measuring techniques to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a safe and organized workstation, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently. Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and making minor adjustments as needed. Schedule & Pay: 1st shift:6:00am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday, Overtime as needed $20.00+/HR Secondary Machine Operator Qualifications: Skilled in operating drills, mills, tapping machines, and presses. Experienced in performing quality checks with multiple measuring techniques (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting specifications. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain an organized workstation. Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate effectively with team members. Reliable with a consistent attendance record and strong work ethic. Preferable, but not required: high school diploma or equivalent Apply Now!
