Job Description The ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator & GIS Applications Implementation Manager is responsible for the administration, security, performance, and lifecycle management of ArcGIS Enterprise in Microsoft Azure. This role leads GIS platform strategy, implementation of enterprise GIS solutions, and oversight of GIS application development supporting corporate real estate strategy, portfolio optimization, and facilities operations. Responsibilities ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise components including Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, Web Adaptors, and Licensing. Manage Azure infrastructure alignment including environments (dev/test/prod), monitoring, performance, and cost oversight. Plan and execute upgrades, patches, migrations, backup and disaster recovery strategies. Manage identity integration (Azure AD/SSO), roles, governance standards, and secure access controls. Implementation & Applications Leadership Lead implementation of GIS solutions supporting corporate real estate use cases. Oversee GIS development backlog, standards, release planning, and application lifecycle management. Establish service publishing standards, governance, and environment promotion practices. Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business stakeholders. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of enterprise GIS experience including ArcGIS Enterprise administration. Experience operating ArcGIS Enterprise in Microsoft Azure. Experience leading GIS implementations and managing development efforts. Strong knowledge of security, identity management, and governance best practices.
