Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Agreement Management: Manage the execution and administration of agreements awarded by Sourcing Specialists. • Supplier Relations: Maintain and manage ongoing supplier relationships, addressing performance and quality issues. • Agreement Adjustments: Process funding revisions, Period of Performance (POP) extensions, adding or deleting of line items and price changes as required. • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure internal and supplier compliance with agreement terms and organizational policies. • Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to supplier agreements. This includes reviewing orders on agreements monthly looking for leakage and reporting to the accountable buyers. Then looking for trends of repeat offenders and reporting to the accountable buyers and their managers. During the monthly order review, a search for duplicate orders will be completed to communicate with Category Managers and request Material ID creation to add to existing agreements. • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to meet their procurement needs and gather feedback. • Performance Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to Category Manager and Sourcing Specialists on supplier performance, Agreement execution, and communication from internal departments. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field • Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered We'd Also Like to See Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, procurement, or a related field preferred. Business/SCM-related experience preferred. Three+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing or related field delivering similar job outcomes preferred. Knowledge of concepts, methods, standards, and practices of contracts management in a Government contracting environment. Preferred candidate has an understanding and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other federal contracting principles, laws, regulations, and procedures, to include specifically the Service Contract Act. Possess strong data analysis skills, having proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, pinpoint "leakage" in orders, and detect duplicate orders. This would include strong Excel skills or experience with other data visualization tools. While the role focuses on administration, the ability to support minor adjustments or clearly communicate terms during negotiations with suppliers would be beneficial. Possessing problem-solving skills by demonstrating the ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to agreements and supplier performance. Communication skills (written and verbal), having excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal stakeholders (e.g., category managers, internal departments) and external suppliers, especially when delivering feedback or resolving issues is preferred. Preferred candidate would be able to understand procurement best practices, having knowledge of general procurement principles, processes, and ethical standards, even if not directly involved in initial sourcing. Stakeholder management is preferred, experiencing working collaboratively with various internal departments and managing their expectations and feedback. Having familiarity with compliance frameworks by having experience ensuring adherence to organizational policies, legal requirements, and agreement terms is preferred. Having a meticulous approach to reviewing agreement terms, order details, and financial adjustments to prevent errors and ensure accuracy; showing attention to detail is preferred. Candidate has a mind for strategic thinking. Knowledge of long-term agreements and its administration, supply commodities, and strategic relationships. Be adept at following and applying internal procedures and policies, and to ensure file compliance. Experience in evaluating agreement types to include Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Material, Blanket Order Agreements, and others for determining which type is most relevant to the category. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and maintains ability to resolve complex problems. Job Family Description Procurement personnel perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material and service procurement, production planning, outsourcing, vendor selection, expediting, and distribution. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals.
