As a Staffing Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting diverse talent with rewarding opportunities, ensuring both our Field Associates and clients thrive together. What You Will Do Screen, evaluate, and interview potential Field Associates from all backgrounds to build a representative and qualified talent pool. Provide marketing support and develop client relationships through inclusive networking and community job fairs. Conduct orientations and supervise Field Associates, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed in their new roles. Maintain regular, open communication with clients to ensure their business needs are met through diverse staffing solutions. Manage client and associate files with integrity, investigating any workplace concerns to ensure a safe and equitable environment for all. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or staffing Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to help us better serve our entire community. Technical adaptability, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and an interest in learning new recruitment software.
