Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed. Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain impeccable lab quality standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of hire. Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your employment.
