Sr. Manager of IT Onsite La Porte, IN (On-Site) Full-Time Salary: $100,00 - $110,000 Overview We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join our on-site team in La Porte, IN. This is a high-impact role supporting manufacturing and business operations with a strong focus on Power BI analytics and business process improvement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with operations, interacting with production teams, and driving data-informed decisions in a collaborative environment. On-site presence is required. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions Support and optimize ERP/system processes Analyze and improve business and operational workflows Partner with production/manufacturing teams to identify efficiencies Translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed This is a hands-on technical and analytical role requiring direct engagement with both business users and manufacturing operations.
