The CAPEX Field Project Manager I is an integral part of the CAPEX, Technology deployment and Modality Service Support team and is vital in meeting deadlines and company objectives to successfully support overall strategic initiatives at or under budget. As a project leader, The CFPM I will be responsible for various assigned tasks including but not limited to consistent & effective communication with all relevant company resources, coordination of internal resources to align with project objectives, creation of conceptual designs with direct architectural involvement, construction management with direct contractor management, securing imaging equipment layouts, and equipment installation. Budget and project deadline responsibilities are based on specific project requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Supports department leadership by leading & managing complicated projects across assigned Lumexa Imaging brands to include but not limited to De Novo, Relocation, Modality Replacement, Modality Addition, & Software Addition. Manages a minimum of 7 major and minor projects per year according depending upon complexity of each project type. Provides regular feedback to support department strategic, growth, and process planning & execution activities Manages projects of varying size and scope under limited direction to include leadership of sub-teams for larger projects/programs Manages complete project from inception to completion to include landlord approval Establishes & monitors project requirements, priorities, and deadlines Responsible for delivering regularly scheduled project status updates to various stakeholders across Lumexa Imaging Communicates project status to all relevant Lumexa team members throughout the duration of each project resulting in a clear understanding of status, risks, issues, & activities Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects Ensures quality and timeliness of project results at or under budget target Works effectively with Lumexa leadership teams to drive rapid resolution of project conflicts Accountable for partnering cross-functionally with business teams to ensure delivery of a positive experience for all internal colleagues and project teams Work with department leaders to successfully complete assigned projects and tasks Maintain files, databases, & systems to ensure accurate records are kept Provide detailed updates to leads of given tasks Adaptive to learn and effectively dedicate project management software. Other duties as delegated. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and decipher architectural and equipment drawings. Ability to develop, implement and adjust project timelines and schedules. Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals, departments, and vendors. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and be able to identify areas needing adjustment or improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: BS degree relating to project management or documented extensive experience in field project management. Extensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment. 5 years of experience working in field project management. Job and Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel to all Lumexa Imaging locations with multiple overnight stays.
