Power of Clean Energy is hiring for a traveling Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of LED lighting and HVAC retrofit projects across multiple job sites nationwide. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Manage all aspects of installation and retrofitting of LED light and HVAC equipment on a project site. Install electrical and HVAC equipment when needed. Supervise material handling, jobsite housekeeping, tool and equipment maintenance, general labor and sub-contractors performing work. Displays professional behavior and attitude - ALWAYS. Monitor project timelines to ensure project completion on time. Manage subcontractors performing work and ensure the quality of work is up to PCE standards. Communicate with clients daily about work compilation and upcoming work schedules. Complete daily logs and manage completion in appropriate software. Work closely with PCE management communicating issues, needs, and successes. Manage onsite material and verify its usage per the BOM for the project. Required Qualifications 5+ years of electrical or HVAC service experience 2+ years of crew leadership or project leadership experience Experience managing installation or retrofit projects in construction, energy efficiency, electrical, or HVAC environments Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field Experience with energy efficiency, LED lighting retrofit, or HVAC upgrade projects This role requires 100% travel to project sites nationwide. Physical Standards Lifting 50 or more pounds, unassisted, multiple times per day. Constantly moving about on the feet. Completing a full day's assignments involving one or more of the following: bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, reaching over head, and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Operating two handed tools/equipment such as cable cutters, hammer drills, and saws. Operating aerial personnel lifts. Always wearing personal protective equipment as required by the specific task, eye and face protection, steel toe leather work boots, hand protection, head protection, respirator, etc. Climbing and working from all types of ladders; step ladders up to 14', "A" frame ladders, and all size extension ladders. Capable of carrying and relocating up to a 12' step ladder by oneself. Operating company vehicles with automatic transmission. Personal weight including tool pouch, tools, nail bags, and tool belt must not exceed 300 lbs., weight limit of a class 1A ladder. Possession of good hearing, normal or corrected. Possession of good vision, normal or corrected.
