Program development and management Identify successful financial program models not available locally Create and implement program development plans where possible including identification of financial partners and creation of client procedures Coordinate access to ancillary services Implement on-going evaluation and continuous improvement strategies Adjust program model to reflect emerging community needs and resources Manage internal systems and procedures to collect, analyze and act on program data Create annual program budgets and monitor spending throughout the year Partnership development and management Identify community and financial resources that align with IOCP program goals Develop partnerships that create access for IOCP clients and education for clients & staff Oversee and nurture relationships with key partners over time Coordinate opportunities for CS staff to learn from the work of our partners. Staff development Identify and/or develop educational tools that meet the needs of IOCP's client community Lead internal staff development activities to build staff capacity Work with Program Managers and staff to embed financial education and financial resources into individual work with IOCP clients Financial coaching Assess individual financial situations, challenges, strengths and goals Work with clients to set goals, develop and implement financial stability plans Provide education, coaching and access to resources that support financial development Monitor and support clients over time Requirements Required Experience: Bachelor's degree Consumer Credit Counselor Certification 5 years of experience with: program development, management and evaluation, community partnership development, working with low-income people experiencing financial distress Demonstrated ability to develop and manage programs that are trauma-informed and equity based Strong technical skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Experience working with volunteers Ability to work effectively in teams and with people of diverse age, income, race, national origin and ability Self-motivated and able to work well with limited supervision Must have access to reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record Must be willing to travel between work sites Preferred Experience: Advanced degree Bi-lingual in English and Somali, Spanish or Russian About IOCP We are a human service nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in our service area.
