Job Title: Senior Office Administrator Location: Greenwich,CT Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST) Duration: 11 Months Rate: $40- $44.29 per hour (W2)Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Office Administrator to serve as the front-line representative at our corporate headquarters. This role focuses on creating a productive work environment while providing support to both clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Key traits for success: reliability, punctuality, positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Roles & Responsibilities Front Office Management Greet and direct visitors, answer phones, and sign for deliveries during business hours. Maintain a tidy and organized front office and break room throughout the day. Coordinate delivered meals and assist with setup/cleanup. Administrative Support Manage multiple Outlook calendars for leadership and meeting rooms. Distribute company-wide internal correspondence via memos and intranet posts. Maintain electronic and physical files with effective filing systems. Monitor office supplies and submit purchase requests as needed. Monitor office expenditures and manage office contracts (rent, service, etc.). Submit expense reports for senior leaders. Assist other teams with administrative tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings, disseminating correspondence). Event Coordination Plan and coordinate company social events during and after business hours. Handle reservations, décor, materials, and attend events as needed. Commercial & Sales Support Assist with software implementation projects, including automation tools and Salesforce administration. Support the proposal team with writing, editing, and managing proposals. Help with training and reporting as requested by the Client Success Team. Qualifications Associate Degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of office administration experience. Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Office, back-office systems, and accounting software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
