Plant Manager

Plant Manager Winchester, VA $80K-$110K plus bonus This is a FT Direct Hire position Do you have 4+ years of management experience in the plastics industry? Are you looking to run your own site? In this role, you will: Be a hands-on leader of 20+ employees across the site Ensure a safe and compliant environment Oversee daily workflow, performance evaluations and team structure Manage production schedules, quotas and material inventory Partner with maintenance, purchasing, and planning teams to optimize operations Support equipment repairs, operator training, and interplant material movement Identify costsaving opportunities and drive continuous improvement Well qualified candidates will bring: A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and/or 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Leadership experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is preferred A strong work history with career progression and a proven track record of measurable results Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills Previous MRP/ERP experience This position comes with: A salary of $80K-$110K with bonus potential Health, dental, life & vision insurance, PTO and sick leave Short and long-term disability 401-K retirement plan with a match Apply today to learn more about this excellent opportunity close to home!
