We're looking for a Manager, Procurement to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment, this is your opportunity to drive operational excellence and business performance. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You'll Do: Develop and execute procurement strategies, departmental goals, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation, and selection to ensure optimal cost, quality, and on-time delivery Manage supplier performance through audits, scorecards, evaluations, and corrective action plans Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to mitigate supply risk and secure favorable agreements Drive procurement forecasting and demand planning to ensure material availability and optimize inventory turnover Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to support proactive sourcing decisions Administer and manage the procurement operating budget Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Security to align procurement activities with business goals Lead and develop procurement team members through coaching, performance management, and goal setting Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, QMS procedures, and regulatory requirements Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost savings, efficiency, and supplier performance What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered) 5+ years of procurement experience, including leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement forecasting Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and supply chain management best practices Experience working in ISO or QMS-driven environments Advanced negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement or ERP systems Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Professional purchasing certification preferred How You Will Be SuccessfulPassion for Cards: Deliver cost-effective sourcing strategies that support production quality and on-time delivery.
