Location / Territory - Phoenix, Arizona Client-site focused in the Phoenix market, with some remote work supporting customer environments and internal overflow needs. Role Summary Corporate Network Solutions is hiring a Technical Project Leader to support and lead infrastructure projects for client environments in the Phoenix market. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can drive projects, support client operations, guide other technical staff, and still jump in to do the work when needed. The right person will combine strong infrastructure experience with customer-facing communication and a practical, team-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead client-facing IT projects from planning through execution and completion Serve on-site at client locations approximately 3 days per week Work through ticketing systems and help prioritize, assign, and resolve technical issues Support a client environment with approximately 100 workstations and 6 servers Identify infrastructure, security, and operational gaps and help drive remediation Coordinate work with technicians, network admins, and other technical leaders Train and mentor technical staff on project execution and security-related priorities Support Microsoft, virtualization, network, and security environments Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system changes, and remediation projects Communicate clearly with stakeholders ranging from technical users to CIO/CFO-level contacts Contribute to remote support and overflow work on non-client-site days Escalate or collaborate with subject matter experts in Cisco, Palo Alto, and related technologies when needed Success Metrics Projects are completed on time and with strong client satisfaction Ticket volume and unresolved infrastructure issues are reduced Client security and infrastructure gaps are identified and closed proactively Technical staff receive effective guidance and support on assigned work Stakeholders trust the hire to represent CNS professionally on-site The hire grows into a broader leadership and design-level contributor over time Why Join Opportunity to join a company that says it was voted Arizona's #1 Network Integrator and MSP Exposure to a wide variety of technical projects instead of narrow, siloed work Chance to grow beyond support into deeper design and solution thinking High-visibility role with real ownership and client impact Collaborative technical environment with access to specialized internal resources Strong platform for advancement as the business grows Requirements Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant infrastructure / systems / network support experience Prior experience in an MSP or similarly broad multi-client environment Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft environments Experience with VMware and Hyper-V Working knowledge of routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and security concepts Ability to lead technical workstreams without relying on formal people-management authority Strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to work on-site in the Phoenix area and support occasional after-hours / Saturday work Preferred Qualifications Experience with SonicWall, Cisco, Palo Alto, NetApp, Linux, or Wasabi Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, or related infrastructure disciplines Experience guiding project-based work across mixed infrastructure environments Exposure to vCIO-style conversations or executive-level technical recommendations Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience supporting security hardening and gap remediation efforts Salary Description $75-90k
