This role provides technical leadership, drives process improvements, and maintains robust data engineering practices.    Key Responsibilities  Data Warehouse Management: Maintain and optimize the SQL Server data warehouse, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.    Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to ETL processes, data pipelines, and operational workflows.    Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for data engineering initiatives, collaborating with Product Owners, Managers, and agile teams to deliver on sprint and program objectives.    Project Delivery: Oversee all aspects of data engineering activities, including design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support.    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.    Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and best practices across all data engineering activities.    Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with technology changes, particularly in cloud platforms and data privacy.
