Oversee program planning, execution, and governance across multiple Workday-related initiatives and workstreams. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and technical teams to review epics and features, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and understood prior to development. Monitor team estimates and delivery commitments to ensure realistic planning and successful execution. Assess team members' skills and areas of expertise to ensure proper alignment of resources to project needs. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members to support performance, productivity, and professional development. Manage team performance by providing feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and escalating concerns when necessary, including support for performance improvement plans and closing skill gaps. Handle resource management activities including resignation management, backfill identification, onboarding coordination, logistics, and transition planning. Facilitate program governance meetings (bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to provide updates on program status, risks, issues, and milestones. Maintain and report program metrics including monthly Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) updates. Identify, track, and address quality issues to ensure high standards of delivery across the program. Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Skills: Strong Workday program or project management experience in enterprise environments Expertise in end-to-end program delivery and large-scale system implementations Ability to review and validate epics, features, and requirements with cross-functional teams Strong resource planning and team capability assessment skills Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing delivery teams Knowledge of program governance frameworks and reporting structures Experience managing quality metrics and addressing delivery risks Familiarity with TPRM metrics and program performance reporting Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience: 8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in enterprise HRIS or Workday environments Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise program deliveries Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments Demonstrated experience with governance frameworks, program reporting, and escalation management Experience managing team performance, coaching, and workforce planning activities Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required PMP, PgMP, or related project/program management certification preferred Workday certification or prior Workday implementation experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
