Position Summary This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the assigned facility. Specific tasks would include but are not limited to purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. REQUIRED: comfortable operating a Pallet Jack (will train on site)Responsible for receiving inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances. Responsible for the selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Manage return goods according to standard operating procedures. Monitor product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. Ensure pharmacy pick and pack stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators and freezers in a well-organized manner. Responsible for filing inventory and SOX documentation. Work with Inventory CDR to assist in cycle counting functions. Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory. Maintain the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Physical Demands: This position is physically demanding requiring an individual to lift up to 40-50 pounds (team lifting OK). Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time. Required Qualifications Must be able to lift 50 pounds (team lifting OK). Six months computer experience in a Windows based system One year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment Must be physically able to operate a pallet jack - training will be provided. Preferred Qualifications Three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment SAP experience Pharmacy experience (a license is not required) Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
