You'll help support mealtimes, ensure a safe and clean environment, provide companionship, and offer emotional support. You'll work closely with the nursing team to meet individual resident needs and will receive thorough training and ongoing support tailored to resident acuity and care plans. What You'll Need A passion for compassionate care and a desire to grow in a collaborative team environment Current CNA certification in the state of California (required) Schedule Options We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle: Part-Time: Either PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) or NOC (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Full-Time: Either AM (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) or PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) 5 days on / 2 days off rotation Wages $25.00 - $28.15 per hour, depending on experience.
