Job Description Develop and manage detailed project budgets and cost estimates during the preconstruction phase. Collaborate with design teams, architects, and engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance. Prepare and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Evaluate project risks and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and project requirements. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Lancaster. Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Preconstruction Manager should have: Strong knowledge of the construction industry and construction management principles. Experience in cost estimating, project scheduling, and risk assessment. Proficiency in construction software and tools for budgeting and scheduling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
