MARKETING INTERNSHIP

Job Type Internship Description We are looking for passionate, flexible, action orientated, and collaborative marketing intern that is looking for an exciting and diversified co-op experience! Job Purpose: To support the Director of Marketing and the commercial team in executing marketing initiatives, content creation, and social media management. This role will help streamline day-to-day tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic growth while enhancing the company's brand visibility and engagement. Duties and responsibilities: • Create content for digital channels, including blogs, emails, sales sequences and social posts. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Help with website content updates and search engine optimization (SEO). • Support coordination with external marketing partners by gathering inputs, managing assets, and assisting with content review and implementation. • Support email marketing campaigns and analyze performance data. • Assist with trade show coordination and marketing material development. • Help organize and maintain marketing materials and documents. Requirements • Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program (or recent graduate). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Time management and project management skills. • Experience utilizing a CRM system (Hub Spot preferred) is a plus but not necessary. Working conditions: This is a part-time, paid internship position with flexible hours (15-20 hours per week). The internship duration is for (3 months), with potential for extension or full-time opportunities. Perform duties in a safe and responsible manner that are in alignment with Lumitex safety policy
