Position Summary: The Divisional VP of Clinical Services will provide innovative, responsible results with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve clinical systems, support the development and revision of policies and procedures, monitor compliance with clinical systems, programs, and regulations within their assigned state. Education/Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse in that state in which you work. Must possess related Bachelor's degree, or another Clinical Degree Minimum of ten (10) years of long-term care experience, including five (5) years of multi-site experience and oversight of regional-level nurses. Previous experience at a Corporate Level position, not required, but preferred. Ability to travel greater than 75% of worked time. Program details can vary amongst buildings.
