Driver Operations Coordinator

Hiring City FARGO ND Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We're hiring a Driver Operations Coordinator to support a team of professional drivers and help keep freight moving safely and on time. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a group of drivers, helping coordinate schedules, monitor shipments, and resolve issues quickly to keep freight moving safely and on time. Candidates with experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, call centers, or transportation often thrive in this role. Serve as the primary contact for a group of drivers, providing daily communication and support. Monitor driver schedules and deliveries to ensure freight moves on time and safely. Coordinate driver home time, schedules, and time-off requests. Work closely with dispatch, planning, and maintenance teams. Help resolve delivery delays or operational issues quickly. Maintain driver records and update company systems. Ensure drivers complete required paperwork and follow company procedures. Support safety and compliance efforts. Build strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and check-ins.
