Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team supporting pediatric clients in Colonial Heights, VA. Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children ages 2-14 receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured, evidence-based therapy. This position is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy who want meaningful hands-on experience working with children. Schedule Monday-Friday Minimum availability required: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Additional hours may be available based on client needs and availability.
