Staff Scheduler St Anthony Park Home - Saint Paul, MN $24.00 - $28.00 an hour St. Anthony is looking to hire a Staff Scheduler to join our team! Responsibilities: Create, manage and maintain employee schedules, including filling open shifts and updating schedule to ensure areas are staffed appropriately. Update and maintain system to reflect holidays, vacations, tardies and absences. Communicate regularly with staff regarding assignments and issues Ensure all shifts are filled to meet requirements. Keep phone list and current staff information updated in system Communicate daily with DON, ADON and Nurse Manager regarding open shifts Ensure staff are aware of schedules and how to access their individual schedule. Provide reports to supervisors when requested Qualifications: High School diploma required. Associate's degree in business or other related field preferred, and 2 years of experience or four years of experience scheduling. Nursing home or long-term care experience Proficient in computer applications. Effective and positive communication with all levels of staff Looking forward to talking with you!
