Description Immediate 1st Shift Direct Hire Restoration Technician Jobs in Des Moines, IA! This position requires some travel and occasional overnights out of town. Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) O.T. often Pay: $18.00-$20.00/ Hour Out of town work receives an additional $2.50/hour Overnights receive a per Diem (hotel expense covered) Cleaning Technician Duties: Coordinates, controls, and performs tasks on restoration projects Detail cleaning of contents after a fire, water, storm or environmental damage Manage contents by protecting and using equipment and materials Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures Duties could be performed at homeowner or business location or warehouse facility Requirements: Valid Iowa Driver's License/Clean driver record Lifting of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus Must be able to be on a rotational emergency schedule Available to work overtime when needed Flexible with out-of-town travel & overnights Apply now for IMMEDIATE consideration for these Restoration Technician openings!
