Job Description

HELM is hiring a ServiceNet Administrator responsible for supporting dealership and fleet partners by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of ServiceNet repair claims. This role plays a key part in keeping fleet vehicles on the road by managing dealer payments, resolving claim issues, and providing exceptional customer service to service departments and fleet customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating financial and service-related systems! Location: • Plymouth, MI • Hybrid work schedule (3 days in Office) Responsibilities: • Process, review, and validate ServiceNet repair claims for dealer payment and corporate reimbursement. • Research and resolve discrepancies related to claim amounts, invoices, or approval decisions. • Serve as the primary contact for dealership service teams and fleet customers, answering questions and providing guidance on claim submissions and billing processes. • Assist with ServiceNet system issues, claim escalations, and documentation requirements. • Maintain accurate records of all claim activity and support reporting needs related to outstanding payments or recurring issues. • Maintain forecast reporting and new dealer enrollments. • Monthly reconciliation of account standing to ensure timely payments are received Requirements Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or at least 2 years of data analyst or project/program management experience, strongly preferred. Requirements: • Experience in accounts payable, billing, or financial reconciliation • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency navigating business systems; experience with ServiceNet or similar claim/service platforms is a plus. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications). Travel: Not required, except for occasional meetings or training sessions. Physical Requirements: • May require periods of sitting at a desk with an ergonomically neutral posture. • Frequent computer use (typing/mouse) with hands and wrists in a neutral position. • Viewing a computer monitor at or slightly below eye level, approx. 20 inches away. • Periodic posture changes, including brief standing or stretching breaks.
