Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution delivery for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations-from discovery and impact analysis to design, deployment, and post-go-live support. rchitect data models, ingestion pipelines, and data flows within Data Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate in client discovery workshops to define business-centric use cases and translate them into technical requirements. Mentor and guide developers, enforce best practices, conduct solution reviews, and ensure high code quality. Oversee integration between Data Cloud and external systems (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools. Create and manage architecture artifacts-data models, flow diagrams, consumption estimates, deployment plans, and cutover strategy. Implement and monitor data governance, security protocols, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Drive performance monitoring post-launch, proactively identify issues, and optimize system health. Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide training to support stakeholder adoption and ongoing optimization.
