KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (The broad spectrum of items that the role is ultimately held accountable for at the end of the day. Results.) Perform master planning schedule (IQMS) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (The finer details of what the role is assigned for the day-to-day activities on the job. Tasks to support results.) Level load direct labor to ensure labor to sales ratio meets company metrics as well as OTD's are met. Utilize IQMS to level load the production schedule for all Port Richey production. Report/communicate production inefficiencies that may jeopardize on time deliveries. Monitor BOM's, cycle times, and labor constraints to support on time delivery. Proactively analyze and monitor all required inventory items (raw, components, paint, corrugation etc.) to ensure production needs are met to satisfy due dates and OTD. Pursue continuous improvement opportunities to minimize scrap and downtime by optimizing the scheduling of jobs. Provide standard calc quantity to senior accountant for updating BOM schedule. Monitor and ensure adequate supplies for production are available, including non-inventoried items. Update and report monthly pending shipments to leadership team. Update and communication daily the press load sheet and daily ship report Update and communicate weekly the rolling two-week production planning report. LMA RESPONSIBILITIES: (Leadership, Management, Accountability) No QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS: (Seaway Core Values, Education, Training, Certifications, Years of experience, Other skills and abilities, Physical Requirements for the Role, etc.) 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding with direct responsibility for supply chain processes. Direct experience in procurement of inventoried and non-inventoried items. Direct experience with ERP systems.
