Job Title: Team LeadJob Description We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our electronics assembly department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, reliable products. You will guide a team of assemblers, ensure production goals are met, and help maintain a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations in the electronics assembly department. Guide and support a team of assemblers to meet production goals. Ensure high-quality standards in product delivery. Maintain a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Coach team members and promote collaborative problem-solving. Essential Skills Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment. Proficiency in using CRM and ERP tools for documentation. Physical capability to lift and stand as required. 3+ years of experience in electronics assembly or related manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of soldering, PCB assembly, wiring, and mechanical integration. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or similar industry standards. Proven leadership or team-coordination experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in mechanical assembly. Ability to work effectively within a team that values hands-on expertise and continuous learning. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is based in a shop area with exposure to chemicals, dust, and noise. Protective clothing and equipment may be required. The role involves physical activity including lifting and standing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
