Forklift Operator 2nd Shift The Forklift Operator 2nd Shift is responsible for building orders, loading them onto delivery trucks, and general housekeeping of the warehouse. Essential Functions / General Accountabilities: Product handling by way of forklift, drum cart, pallet jack. Loading box trucks and ensuring items are secured for transport Ensure product meets appearance standards before shipment to customers. General housekeeping of warehouse. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Job Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years of related experience (preferred) Forklift Certified (preferred) Must pass a background check and drug test Skills: Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks A desire to work with team members to improve processes and product quality in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary. Understanding of Microsoft Office programs. Work Environment: Warehouse Physical Demands: Physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
