What You'll Do Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take clear messages Assist with admissions support and coordination as needed Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Help coordinate communication between departments Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area Assist the team with day-to-day office needs What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Excellent communication and multitasking skills Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office) Why Midtown Oaks?
