Job Description

HR Coordinator The HR Coordinator (HR) is the tactical "engine room" for site integration, responsible for the day-to-day administrative and people operations at our expansion hubs. You serve as the onsite partner to leadership, addressing immediate people concerns while ensuring the workforce is accurately supported through our ADP Centers of Excellence. This role requires high visibility on the warehouse floor and constant communication with the RHRBP to maintain site stability. Key Responsibilities Serve as the onsite liaison for all payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring every employee is properly "rebadged" in our systems. Actively assist employees with calling ADP Centers of Excellence to resolve complex pay or benefit questions, ensuring issues are closed out promptly. Act as a direct partner to site leadership (GMs, Ops Managers) to address and resolve immediate people issues or workforce concerns on the floor. Provide administrative and consultative support for employee relations investigations, ensuring policy consistency across the site. Partner with the RHRBP to keep them informed of emerging site issues, shift trends, or morale shifts. Exercise judgment to identify which "people issues" can be resolved locally and which require immediate escalation to regional leadership. Lead "Open House" hiring events and I-9 verification sweeps to ensure headcount targets are met. Coordinate daily with staffing partners to track fill-rates and report variances to the RHRBP Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records. Assist in the administration of the annual open enrollment process, providing direct support to associates in understanding their benefit options. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge & Skills (HRC) Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years in HR coordination, with a background in warehouse environments or site launches. Technical: Familiarity with ADP systems and the ability to navigate complex "Center of Excellence" support structures. The "Gray" Factor: High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with employees while implementing new organizational standards Work Environment & Physical Demands (HRC) Environment: A blend of a professional setting and frequent activity on the warehouse floor (noise, temperature fluctuations, and active machinery) Physical Demands: Ability to walk warehouse floor on a daily basis and lift up to 20 lbs (files and office supplies) Travel: Regular local travel between assigned sites in the DFW area is required (approx 20-30%)
