Member Services Representative (MSR) - Mobile Clinic Job Title: Mobile Member Service Representative (MSR) Reports to: Mobile Team Lead Compensation: $27/hour. WCDC provides medical, dental, and vision insurance; PTO, paid holidays, jury duty, and bereavement leave; a 401(k) retirement plan; short-term and long-term disability; an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); a quarterly incentive program; and tribal-discretion COLA adjustments. Join Our Mission! We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a warm, welcoming, and modern facility that provides treatment for addiction in a person-centered environment located in Auburn. WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve. WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support. Position Summary The Mobile Member Service Representative is the first point of contact for members visiting the mobile clinic. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for members by handling check-ins, scheduling, administrative support, and connecting members with resources. Compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail are key to success. Responsibilities Member Support & Experience Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment. Facilitate member check-ins, appointment scheduling, and record updates in EMR. Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Provide occasional member transportation to clinic locations when needed. Administrative Support Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records. Manage incoming mail, faxes, and other communications, ensuring timely distribution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas. Resource Connection & Advocacy Assist members in accessing resources such as housing, employment, and education. Collaborate with clinical team to connect members to services supporting recovery and well-being. Team Collaboration Partner with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. Experience in customer service, medical reception, or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
