Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst Level 2, to join our team in San Diego CA. The Pricing Analyst Level 2 plays a key role in the organic and future growth of the business by managing proposal efforts from receipt of request for proposal (RFP) through contract award. This individual is a key member of sole source, competitive sector and/or corporate priority win teams and will act as a key developer of winning bids. In this job, you will: Plan and manage proposal efforts. Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and government regulations. Coordinate with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines. Work closely with Program Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements. Research and critically analyze large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data. Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues. Summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings. Develop negotiation strategies and participate as a member of the contract negotiating team. Other duties as assigned.
