Job Description

Warranty Administrator Pioneer the next generation of innovation. Key Accountabilities: Process warranty and policy claims on a timely basis, in accordance with company guidelines. Analyze warranty data using MS Excel and create monthly, quarterly, and annual high-level reports. Organize and maintain documents pertaining to claims activities. Process claims and analyze data with focus on reducing warranty expense. Review each claim to verify accuracy and clarify any concerns. Communicate with all external distributors and dealers. Liaise with all internal departments including but not limited to Quality, Technical Service, Applications and Sales. Support warranty audits for domestic and overseas markets to ensure an error free process along the whole warranty chain. Establish, implement and support the warranty controlling tool to enable the warranty department to track the development of warranty costs filed by the distributor. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct. Perform special projects as required. Basic Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, or Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering and 3 years of claims, warranty, or service coordination experience; or 7 years of claims, warranty, or service coordination experience Preferred Qualifications: Technical knowledge of internal combustion engines or engine systems. Strong reading and comprehension skills Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with can-do attitude Strong negotiation skills Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite Foreign language skills (Spanish preferred) Knowledge of SAP systems (preferred) Rolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
