We're a busy East Valley shop with steady volume coming through Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, and the 101/202 corridor. Cars move. Repairs are done the right way. And leadership backs production not shortcuts. No chaos. No games. No babysitting. Mitchell estimating system experience is required for this role. What You'll Do Perform proper teardown and identify damage early Write complete, defensible estimates using Mitchell Manage supplements and approvals Work directly with technicians to keep jobs moving Communicate clearly with customers and insurance partners Protect cycle time while maintaining quality repairs Who This Is For Estimators who take pride in writing it right the first time People tired of cleaning up other people's mistakes Someone who understands that documentation protects everyone 12+ years estimating experience or strong collision repair background Hands-on Mitchell estimating system experience (required) Knowledge of repair procedures, parts flow, and production shops Valid driver's license If you're thin-skinned or need constant direction, this won't be the right fit. If you're organized, steady, and know how to produce, you'll do well here. Applicants without Mitchell estimating system experience will not be considered.
