Job Description

Onboarding Specialist The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for accurately and timely completing all required new hire tasks. This role is fully remote and hourly-full-time. The required work hours are between 11:30am-8:00pm Central or Mountain time, with flexibility for weekends. Overtime may be available. Bilingual is preferred. Pay range is $18-22 an hour. This role is fully remote. Essential Functions: Responsible for ensuring accurate completion and processing of all compliance documents including I9 documents, company acknowledgements, state and federal tax forms, employee personal and contact information, direct deposit information, other forms and documents as required. Responsible for the orientation process of new hires, including a brief explanation of benefit programs, explanation of pay dates and processing, explanation of paid-time-off policy, explanation of the company mission, vision, and values, and the initial safety training appropriate to the person's role Ensures communication with the hiring manager is timely and appropriate Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Ability to explain tasks and concepts Skill with Microsoft Office and HR systems software Qualifications: 1+ years' experience with HR systems and processes 1+ years' working in a service-related position Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
