Physician Clinician Recruitment Specialist - 126442 PeaceHealth is seeking a Physician Clinician Recruitment Specialist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. To be considered for this role, you must reside in Oregon, Washington, or Alaska on or before your date of hire. This position may require regular travel to PeaceHealth locations. The Physician Clinician Recruitment Specialist is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of physicians and clinicians for PeaceHealth, PeaceHealth Medical Group, or medical staff caregivers. Develops and coordinates relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and human resources partners. Provides reporting and regular status updates to recruitment leadership and hiring managers. Contributes to the team by maintaining positive relationships and providing a high level of customer service. Nurtures personal and professional networks to develop active and passive talent pipelines while being sensitive to organizational needs, caregiver engagement, and our public image. Essential Functions Implement recruitment strategies based on department and organizational needs. Establishes, cultivates, and maintains strong ongoing relationships with hiring managers to fully understand organizational and departmental needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. Assists hiring managers and teams on recruitment and interviewing processes. Serves as primary resource for internal caregivers and hiring managers regarding transfers, promotions, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) operations such as creating and managing recruitment activity within the ATS. Primarily manages a requisition load designated for support by a Specialist that can includes high applicant volume positions or requisitions designated for internal transfers Performs initial screening of candidates to determine qualifications and potential fit for targeted positions. Presents qualified candidates to hiring leaders. Initiates interview itineraries of selected candidates May occasionally attends on-site interviews and serve as candidate shepherd and guide throughout the site visit. Executes recruitment plan by partnering with assigned Talent Pool Development Specialist and using own networks to source and recruit qualified candidates from a variety of sources. Uses "high-touch" customer service recruitment strategies to recruit through one-on-one communications and active representation of recruitment proposition to candidates. Ensures effective employment practices to attract, hire and retain high quality and diverse talent. Networks with PeaceHealth medical staff to identify potential candidates. Tracks potential future candidates during their medical education process. Maintains communication with all potential candidates throughout the entirety of the recruitment process. Develops a strong understanding and ability to share appropriate compensation and relocation packages and answer candidate questions. Ensures achievement of hiring goals through effective resource management. Coordinates selection process to include screening, interviewing, establishing, presenting and negotiating offers and closing final candidates. Promotes PeaceHealth and its presence in the community with professional organizations, employer panels at a variety of recruitment functions. Assists with collection and analysis of data for use in designing recruitment plans. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience. Required Experience Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience including recruiting support. Healthcare Recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience using various candidate sourcing techniques including online resources, advertising, networking and community resources, job fair attendance, etc. Direct physician, clinician, talent acquisition or other directly relevant experience such as coordinating or sourcing. (Preferred) Previous Human Resources experience or HR degree or certification. (Preferred) Credentials Physician/Clinician Recruitment Professional (CPRP), PHR, SPHR, RACS, or RACR. (Preferred) Required Skills Strong communication skills. Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment process including knowledge of "Hire for Fit" interview and selection process. Working knowledge of laws, acts and regulations associated with employment. Working knowledge of STARK and Anti-Kickback regulations and their application to recruitment processes and transactions. Basic knowledge of labor unions, and human resource functional areas. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs. In-depth level of understanding of service level agreements. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service when dealing with positions that require multiple months to fill. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $38.22 $57.34.
