What Youll Do As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full accountability for the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned construction projects. Youll be a primary point of contact with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals. Project Leadership & Execution Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out. Review and manage contract documents, scopes, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements on every project. Financial & Schedule Management Establish, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete. Prepare and manage change orders, submittals, and schedule updates. Drive cost control, risk mitigation, and profitable project performance. Client & Team Engagement Serve as the primary client contact for project communications and issue resolution. Lead project meetings and manage expectations with owners, consultants, and team members. Mentor and develop junior project staff to support growth and project success. Who You Are We are looking for a proactive construction leader with proven project management experience in commercial construction trades. Required: Minimum of 5 + years of project management experience, ideally in specialty trades such as drywall, exterior finishes or related scopes. Strong understanding of contract administration and construction documents. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Build or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local job sites. Preferred: Construction management degree or related field. Experience with estimating or earlier career experience in field operations. Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
