Job Description: Join Crowe LLP as an Office Associate, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our office experience through administrative support, event coordination, and project management. This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination. Organize and manage meeting and event logistics, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries. Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and furnishings. Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist in budget management and support strategic office initiatives alongside the Office Managing Partner and Office Management Leaders. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements. Qualifications: Must have 1-3 years of experience in professional services operations. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Preferred Skills: Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: This role involves working onsite at our Louisville and Lexington office. Flexibility in schedule and potential travel may be necessary. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.25 - $34.25 per hour.
