This role directly supports the VP of Construction in driving forward exciting development and construction initiatives including new builds and renovations of affordable multifamily communities across the region. What Youll Do: Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design and construction efforts Support project consultants including architects, engineers, designers, and utility providers to ensure seamless project execution Assist with contract negotiation, service agreements, and project documentation Help manage invoices, change orders, RFIs, and value engineering Oversee design document management and maintain project timelines Jump in on other key project support tasks as needed What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in construction project management on multifamily or affordable housing projects Strong leadership skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field Comfortable traveling when needed (road and/or air travel required) A collaborative spirit and a passion for quality, integrity, and community impact Why Join Us?
