Urology Physician

A locum tenens opportunity is open for a Urologist eager to provide comprehensive urology care in a clinic and on-call setting. The role involves general urology cases, clinics, rounding, and OR duties, with available robotic assistance for surgeries if needed. This position requires candidates to manage cases in a fast-paced department and handle hospital calls during clinic hours. The assignment has various shift patterns, including nights and 24-hour calls, in Silverdale, WA. Take hospital calls during clinic hours and manage patient caseload effectively. Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP, and more. Work in collaboration with the hospitalist team and support staff. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Active WA license or eligibility for licensing BLS, DEA (ACLS preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain) Experience in fast-paced environments preferred Working Hours Clinic: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Night Call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM (selected shifts) 24-hour Call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM On Call: 5-6 days/month including weekends Skills Proficiency in general urology procedures; robotic surgery experience is advantageous but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Strong organizational and time-management abilities
