Records Administrator The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Records Administrator to ensure proper maintenance of Agency electronic and paper records in accordance with the State of Washington's retention requirements and the Washington State Public Records Act and to assist with fulfilling public records requests. This position reports to the Compliance Systems & Administrative Services Manager and works in partnership with the Agency's General Counsel and our Public Records Officer. The Records Administrator position is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to use their experience to support the work of the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. This is an ideal opportunity to combine your passion for records management with your desire to work on behalf of the public, public health, and the environment. The selected candidate will be well-versed in state regulatory requirements for records retention and disposition. Experience in classifying, indexing, filing, storing, and retrieving records is vital for success in this position. The pay range for this position is $92,939 - $118,616 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications. The Agency supports a work/life balance by maintaining a 38.75-hour work week, and no requirement to work nights or weekends. The Records Administrator position is represented by the Teamsters Local 763. This is primarily an in-office position in our downtown Seattle office. Some telework may be available after a training period and depending on Agency business needs. All Agency employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
