Trailer Driver

Class A Delivery Driver Imperial Dade has a Class A Delivery Driver role available in West Chester, Ohio! The Class A Delivery Driver will drive both straight truck and trailer and be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, or until the daily route is completed. You will: Safely operate a 45' trailer or 26' straight truck Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect the truck before and after trips Communicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitude Use electronic log You have: A valid commercial driver's license Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam A good driving record 1 year of recent CDL A experience 1 year of route delivery experience 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted) Lift gate experience Strong work ethic We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
